The foundation of fitness. In our strength sessions we work on getting athletes stronger, building strength and improving our cardiovascular capabilities.
Our speed sessions work on running mechanics, improving acceleration times, and change of speed movements.
In our agility training we will be working on our ability to start, stop, and change direction while reacting to a stimulus.
Power training involves moving a weight as fast as possible by overcoming resistance in the shortest period of time.
Ideal for increasing explosive movements laterally and vertically.
Active recovery sessions help our athletes repair muscles by stretching and light exercises to improve circulation and reduce muscle soreness.
We offer fitness testing for athletes and personal training clients in high school club sports, or recreation for speed, agility, vertical jump, mobility, and more.

As Future Athletics athletes we set high standards for performance as well as mentality. Being an athlete means working hard on your game, off-court training, and your mental health. When an athlete steps into the Future Athletics gym, we want you to feel confident and optimistic with your progress and skills. Spreading positivity around the gym is important for creating an atmosphere for success!
Not all days will be good days, however; in order to reach our goals we need to put in the effort. Training at Future Athletics is an escape from your busy life and gives you the opportunity to craft your skill; by showing up to a session, you're already one step ahead.
Whether you play for a team, individual sport, or are just here to work on yourself, at Future Athletics we work as a team. We motivate each other in the weight room and celebrate our individual accomplishments together. By combining positivity, effort, and teamwork, we create an atmosphere of challenge and satisfaction after each session.
